As a family company, family is very important to us and we are committed to getting our employees home safely to their families each day. Our safety program conducts job site Safety Orientations at the start of each each new project, where we focus on the safety manuals, IIPP, heat and illness, power tools, safe carry/transport, crane safety, perform Fit For Duty exams, and many other aspects of the overall health and safety of individuals and the job site- after which, each individual is given a hard hat sticker indicating completion of that particular project's Safety Orientation. We also conduct daily morning safety trainings, weekly and monthly safety audits, and Jobsite Hazard Analysis for each new task. We have also partnered with a third party safety management company, SMART Safety, to help facilitate safe practices, audits, and trainings. And, to provide immediate service, we have teamed with OnSite Safety and Health to travel and give immediate attention to our project locations.
